The restaurant, located in the Mas the former service building of the Château. Dinner is served either in the restaurant around a central fireplace, in one of the 2 adjacent private dining rooms or, weather permitting on the romantic starlit outdoor Patio with it its thousand glittering and colourful lights leading to the herb garden and the surrounding vineyards.

A seasonal menu offers delicious dishes of fish, seafood, lamb and rabbit of the region, a selection of cheeses and a variety of desserts.

The wine list offers as selection of Côtes-du-Rhône, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Languedoc wines as well as a representative choice of all of France.
A Bistrot-Luncheon is served from Monday to Friday. All summer, we serve a Sunday Jazz-Lunch with 7 Jazz musicians and featuring a buffet with New Orleans specialties

From May to end of August, when private concerts at the Chateau are in season, every Sunday from 12noon to 3:0 pm you enjoy a 7 musician band that plays traditional New Orleans Jazz with a sumptuous all inclusive buffet luncheon

Authentic New Orleans specialties starting with famous Louisiana cocktails you will find Jambalaya, Gumbo, Oysters Bienville or Acadian, crab cakes, ..

The Chef
 
At the Restaurant "Les Jardins de Montcaud" you will meet Chef Bernard GUILLOT, who followed training with famous Chefs in France and Switzerland (such as Frédy Girardet). His travels around the world and work in Hongkong, Tokyo, Ottawa and Lisbon nurtured his passion for herbs and spices which ad his personal note, however,  without losing touch with true accent of French and Provencal Cuisine.

In continuous search of authenticity our Chef works closely with famous Chef John Besh from Louisiana who regularly visits prepares and trains our chefs for the special dishes of the  Jazz Lunch at the Chateau.
